Alton Towers has announced changes to its line-up of family attractions, with the closure of two popular rides this summer. According to the park’s updated ride availability page, Get Set Go Tree Top Adventure and Postman Pat Parcel Post will both be closing from 3rd June.
While Get Set Go Tree Top Adventure is set to reopen in early July, Postman Pat Parcel Post will not be returning. Instead, the beloved children’s ride will be replaced by an all-new rollercoaster, with its ride system being completely overhauled.
Speculation is already buzzing online about the theme of this upcoming coaster. One particularly exciting rumour? A Bluey theme could be on the cards – a move that would certainly delight young fans of the hit children’s show.
No official confirmation has been made yet regarding the rollercoaster's name or opening date, but anticipation is building fast.
