Demolition in Full Swing Chessington Wild Asia Is No More

What was once one of Chessington’s most iconic areas is now almost completely gone. Since our last update, demolition has moved at lightning speed, with buildings across Wild Asia being swiftly torn down.

Work officially began on Monday, and in just a few short days, the heart of Wild Asia has been transformed into a construction zone. Only a few features remain—the central water fountain, the banyan tree, and the Temple of Mayhem.

Earlier this afternoon, the dodgems building and its themed entrance were completely dismantled.

Rumours suggest the area will soon be reborn with a Minecraft theme, and excitement is building. With a brand-new indoor rollercoaster on the way, this transformation promises to be one of the most thrilling yet!
