Legoland Windsor Dragons Apprentice Refurbishment

Legoland Windsor
Monday 20th July 2020

With Dragon's Apprentice closed for refurbishment for the rest of the 2020 theme park season, work has begun on the attraction.

Scaffolding has been placed around the attraction and some of the track has been removed. The first section of track, after the ride climbs the lift hill, has been removed and put on the ground near the ride. However, it would appear that this refurbishment wasn't planned.  At the top of the rides main theming, the castle appears to have had a tree or something fall on it.

The area around the ride remains cornered off, whilst work is done to the ride, with Duplo Dino Coaster now open, the gap in the ride line up has been plugged by the new for 2020 rollercoaster.

Will this be the end of Dragons Apprentice or could Knights Kingdom be extended using the large amount of space located behind Dragons Apprentice and near The Dragons ride area in the next few years?
