Hex and Congo River Rapids Opening Dates Confirmed For 2025

Alton Towers have confirmed today the opening dates for Hex: The Legend of the Towers, as well as Congo River Rapids for the 2025 season.

The park previously announced via there Ride Availability page that Hex, Congo River Rapids and Skyride would remain closed until April 2025, with them being closed in March whilst the park was running there 'Alton After Dark' event.

The opening dates are as follows:

• Hex – The Legend of the Towers: Opening Tuesday 1st April 2025 (opening daily from 11am)


• Congo River Rapids: Opening Monday 7th April 2025 (opening daily from 12pm)

We are still awaiting news on when the Skyride will reopen, following it's closure in 2023, with hopefully new coming out soon, when in April the attraction will reopen to guests.
