Howl'o'ween 2022 Final Preparations

Chessington World Of Adventures
Monday 10th October 2022

The nights are getting shorter and Howl'o'ween is just around the corner. Chessington has been hard at work around the park and behind the scenes to prepare the park for the biggest event of the season!

Back for another season of fire and dancers in Wild Asia, Banyan The Circle of 8 is being set up with 4 lights and fire towers installed. Along with a few surprises lurking on the roof of the Banyan tree. Last year this show was a big hit and one of our shows at the park. The combination of story telling and special effects was amazing, we can't wait to see what the park has in store for us this year.

Vile Villagers has been set up and audio and lights could be seen testing during our visit to the park on Sunday. Around the rest of the park, lots of new theming has been installed such as straw barrels, hundreds of pumpkins, skeletons and Howl'o'ween-themed reefs added to lamposts around the park. The entrance of Creepy Caves has also been setup over the past few days, with the entrance returning to the original location of the fire exit near Sea Storm and the sweet shop.

With the mane stage show building removed a few weeks ago, a new temporary stage has been installed in its place. This stage will play host to a new Howl'o'ween show and we can't wait to see how the park has adapted this year's show to a smaller stage.

Howl'o'ween officially kicks off on Saturday 15th October 2022.
