Jumanji Flat Rides Installed And Helix Almost Completed

Chessington World Of Adventures
Saturday 17th December 2022

The World Jumanji has made massive progress over the past 7 days, a final push is being made to get as much work done on the area before the site closes for Christmas.

Work on installing the two new flat rides in the Jumani area has begun with the super Miami ride installed. The ride appears to already be fully installed with an entrance feature also spotted.

Work on installing the other flat ride began today with the main base for the ride delivered this morning and instantly redirected to the construction site. A few moments later the crane fired up and the base for the super jumper ride was craned into place. After being bolted down we then got to see the arms for the spinning flat ride installed. Vehicles for the ride can be seen in the site compound still wrapped up. The great mystery of what they look like will have to wait a few more days! Spotted next to the ride was a huge SBF-branded box full of tools, I think we can now confirm the manufacturer of these new rides!

More sections of theming have begun to be installed around the area with new game pieces spotted around the area. We expect when fully installed and complete it will almost be like you're walking around the game board.

Work on installing the rollercoaster track has continued around the site. The helix now appears to be 2/3 sections of the track away from being completed!  Now the two flat rides have been installed work on the huge spike will be the next major task to complete.

Seen in the site compound, the two end sections of track now have a rubber end stop added to them, so if in the event of a train running that far and fast it would come to a stop! Fins can also be seen on these sections so trains should never get that far.

Don't worry though... there will be themed end sections to these sudden stops of the track! Laying on the sides of the compound are two small sections of track that have jagged ends to them, as if they've been snapped off by some beast.

There isn't many sections of track left to install now, it shouldn't be long until the full layout is complete!
