Toxicator Fountains Turn On at Alton Towers

The iconic water fountains on Toxicator have finally been switched on – and guests are coming off absolutely drenched! The added splash definitely cranks up the thrill factor, but if you’re hoping to stay dry, we’d recommend grabbing a poncho or aiming for one of the four corner seats.

The fountains add a whole new layer to an already amazing ride, fully enhancing the chaotic, unpredictable vibe that Toxicator is known for. That said, with them now running constantly, there’s no guarantee you’ll escape without getting soaked.

Some guests think it could work even better if the fountains were on a timer, maybe between 12pm and 4pm, to encourage more riders to take the plunge. But for now, one thing’s for sure: the fountains are here to stay – and they make Toxicator wetter (and wilder) than ever!
