We’ve always thought Europa-Park was stunning during the summer months, but visiting at Christmas is an entirely different experience. The park transforms into a winter wonderland, with breathtaking lighting displays and festive decorations that make every corner feel magical.
The entertainment is even better than usual, with a host of special Christmas attractions and events. A charming Christmas market fills the air with the scent of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts, while a large Ferris wheel is installed inside the Atlantis SuperSplash area, offering beautiful views over the park. There are festive shows, a delightful Christmas circus, and more Christmas trees than we could possibly count!
One of the best parts is that the entire park remains open as normal, meaning you can still enjoy all your favourite rides and attractions without compromise. The queues are pleasantly short, allowing you to make the most of your visit.
Food lovers are in for a treat too – Europa-Park’s food offerings are as delicious as ever, enhanced by the cosy, festive atmosphere. Everywhere you turn, the Christmas spirit shines through, creating an experience that’s both joyful and heart-warming.
Over at Rulantica, the fun continues. A large tent is installed over the outdoor area, so guests can still enjoy the outside bar and party atmosphere. Yes, there’s even a DJ playing in the outdoor pool at Christmas! The water park doesn’t miss out on the festive makeover either – it’s beautifully decorated, adding a touch of Christmas magic to your splash-filled adventure.
