Story Of Rulantica

Tucked beneath the swirling tracks of the Rollercoaster Restaurant once lay one of Europa Park’s most curious hidden gems: the Rulantica Story Attraction. This unique, rotating museum wasn’t just an exhibit—it was a storytelling experience, immersing guests in the mythical origins of what would become Europa Park’s first-ever water park: Rulantica.

As the platform gently revolved, visitors were taken on a visual journey through concept art, sculpted models, and early narrative sketches. Each section unraveled more of the legend behind Rulantica—its mystical Nordic island, fantastical sea creatures, and the imaginative lore that would later flow into the full-fledged water adventure just beyond the gates of the main park.

However, during the summer of 2024, the attraction quietly closed its doors for the final time. In its place, Europa Park began construction on a bold new experience—an interactive ride tied to the park’s latest cinematic venture. The new attraction, based on their upcoming feature film, promises to blend storytelling and technology in a way never before seen at the park.
