Thorpe Junction Ghost Train One Last Look
Monday 15th May 2023
Ghost Train is just weeks away from opening its gates to new customers. And work on installing new signage and posters around the queue line and entrance is almost complete.

Since our last visit to Thorpe Park a new entrance sign has been installed. Similar to the Derren Browns Ghost Train sign, this one appears to be backlit.

Theming can be spotted at the entrance for the ride waiting to be installed.

A huge new "Thorpe Junction" sign has been installed at the entrance for the attraction. Thorpe Park is really pulling out all of the stops for this retheme.

An interesting new poster has been added to the queue line for the attraction. We believe this might be a hint at what's to come in the experience. The poster says that Services to Chapel Station are no longer suspended. Along with some fake scribblings on the poster, could chapel station mean something?

More to come very soon we think... this is your stop!

Ghost Train Begins Transformation
Saturday 25th March 2023
New For 2023, Ghost Train is coming to Thorpe Park Resort. This reimaging of Derren Browns Ghost Train contains no VR and will be a brand-new concept.

Over the closed season, the park has been busy repainting sections of the queue line and installing a new cafe in the old Ghost Train Shop.

Never fear though, it looks like there will still be a small shop when you exit the attraction.

It's hard to see the progress inside the Ghost Train since the building is fully closed up. But with workers going in and out of the building all the time we managed to sneak a look from the. distance into the. new pre-show which looks to have new TVs installed inside it.

We're really excited to see what the park does with this attraction!

Eagle-eyed fans might be able to spot the old Derren Brown Ghost Train sign sitting in the ride area.

End Of The Line For Derren Browns Ghost Train?
Monday 21st November 2022
2022 might have been the last time we ever saw Derren Browns Ghost Train Rise Of The Demon operate!

On the last day of the season construction walls were spotted inside the attraction's shop, and behind the walls were some construction materials as well as old bits of theming for the shop. With merchandise for the ride lacking over the past two years, it wouldn't surprise us if the ride was to receive a retheme or some work during the closed season.

For the past few years, merchandise for special events and other attractions has been sold within the shop, as well food drinks and snacks! Which never happened when the ride first opened.
