Corkscrew Repaint Almost Complete at Alton Towers

Corkscrew at Alton Towers has received a vibrant new look during the closed season, with a beautiful yellow and green colour scheme. The track has been repainted back to its original bright yellow, while the supports now feature a deep, dark green. The ride already looks fantastic in the sunshine, and it’s easy to see how striking it will be once fully completed.

Although the repainting isn’t completely finished yet—one or two supports still need a final coat, and the track may get an additional layer—the transformation is already impressive. Once finished, this classic rollercoaster will look fresh and eye-catching for many years to come, bringing a new sparkle to one of Alton Towers’ most iconic rides.
