Big news from Pleasure Beach Resort — Journey to Hell is getting its biggest shake-up ever.
For Halloween 2026, the popular scare event is moving to a brand-new format, transforming it into a full day and night experience for the first time.
A Full 12 Hours of Halloween
Instead of needing a separate evening ticket, guests will now be able to buy a standard park eTicket and enjoy 12 hours in the park, from 10am right through to 10pm.
During the day, the whole park will be open as usual, with rides, coasters and family-friendly Halloween entertainment — including a brand-new family scare maze.
From 6pm, things take a darker turn.
The South Park area will close, while North Park transforms into the main scare zone, with live scare zones, late-night mazes and immersive entertainment taking over. Night rides will include Aviktas, ICON, Big Dipper, Infusion, Launch Pad, Derby Racer, Alice in Wonderland and Ghost Train, alongside a live DJ and roaming performers to create a full after-dark atmosphere.
Scare Mazes Now Optional
In line with other UK scare events, scare mazes will now be optional add-ons rather than included automatically.
Guests can:
Buy a full-day ticket with all scare mazes included (best value)
Buy a nighttime-only ticket with all mazes
Buy a full-day ticket without mazes and add them individually on the day
Individual maze prices are:
One maze: £15
Two mazes: £25
Three mazes: £30
Family maze: £5
Season Pass holders won’t need to buy a Journey to Hell eTicket, but will need to pay separately for scare mazes.
Ticket Options
Prices start from:
£57 for a full day + all mazes
£50 for nighttime entry (from 6pm) + all mazes
£32 for a full-day ticket without mazes
Journey to Hell 2026 will run from October 17 to October 31, and guests can currently get 10% off tickets using the code JTH10 when booking online.
It’s a huge change for one of Blackpool’s biggest Halloween events — and it sounds like 2026 is set to be the biggest (and boldest) Journey to Hell yet.
We’ll share more details, including maze themes, as soon as they’re announced.
