Universal Studios Proposes Exciting New UK Theme Park

Universal Destinations & Experiences has announced plans to develop a new theme park and resort in Bedford, United Kingdom. The company has launched a dedicated website, Universal UK Project, to provide information about the project and engage with the public.

To involve the community and gather feedback, Universal has initiated public consultations. These consultations include in-person events where residents can learn more about the proposed development and share their views. The public consultation period concluded with nearly 1,500 attendees at the events and over 6,000 responses to the survey. Of those surveyed, 92% supported the project.

The proposed site encompasses approximately 476 acres south of Bedford, chosen for its strong transport links, proximity to London, and access to public transportation.
