The Vampire was the brainchild of John Wardley. Opened in 1990 with Bubbleworks in the Transylvania Area the ride was designed to contrast the upbeat Bubbleworks area. 

The ride takes guests deep into the depths of Transylvania's haunted castle where you board a train with your legs dangling free as you soar over the treetops. The layout of the ride contains tight corners allowing the ride's interesting swinging car system to provide an extra dimension of fun to the ride. 

Sit back, hold on tight. The Vampire's taking flight!
