Wild Asia Replacement Progresses as Foundation Rebar Cages Appear§

Chessington’s replacement for Wild Asia is really starting to heat up!

Since our last look at the area, pipes have now been laid into the ground for cables and ducting, showing that the project is moving quickly behind the scenes. On top of that, metal rebar cages are already in place, with foundations expected to begin very soon — and it’s clear this new building is going to be BIG.

The site has come a long way in just a month and a half since our last visit to the park. If you’re riding Dragon’s Fury, you can actually get an amazing view straight into the construction area, making it even more exciting to see how fast things are progressing.
