NINJAGO® The Ride is an interactive dark ride that opened in 2017. A new area called Ninjago World was created to accommodate the new attraction that also contains Destiny's Bounty a Rocking Tug type attraction and a rock climbing wall, as well as other features.
NINJAGO® The Ride is based on the popular NINJAGO® Range of Lego toys and features different ninjas that possess different abilities and can cast different spells based on elements such as Fire, Lightning, and Ice as well as many others.
The Ride is a 3D Screen based target shooting ride however unlike rides such as Toy Story Midway Mania at the Disney Parks and Maus au Chocolat at Phantasialand the ride vehicles contains no weapon to use. Instead, you use your hands to fire spells towards the targets, this is done using sensors within the vehicles lap bars.
