The theming of the ride is really good however the submarines are hardly submerged under water as when you ride the ride you can see that just above the window of the submarine the water level lies however if you have children there wont be able to notice. The submarines really do look fantastic though.

Today on a radio station Legoland Windsor where being interviewed about there new ride for 2011 and someone at Legolands end have now said the ride shall be opening on Friday 20th May 2011!

Legoland have updated there Facebook page to show us what the inside of the new aquarium looks like. From the photos that we can see below we think that the ride submarines will be half submerged in the water just like the rumours have been saying. The theming of the aquarium looks fantastic so far and we cant wait to ride it when it opens.

Models that are going to be installed in the Atlantis Submarine Voyage have arrived at the park ready to be installed into the ride. The models photographed below confirm that the ride will have a lost city of atlantis section to it. The scenes of the ride haven't been confirmed but with the two large modals shown here suggest were in for a treat.
Atlantis Construction Update

Work on building Atlantis at Legoland continues, with work on the outside looking complete work is in full force inside. Where we can we one of the rooms currently being worked on. Over the next few weeks we expect the tank will be filled with lego models and then the tank filled with water and fish. Its currently unknown when the ride system will be tested. However this attraction looks promising.

Legoland Windsor have today relised there 2011 ride advert which has confirmed that the ride is going to be a worlds first attraction and is not going to be opening at the start of the 2011 season! The video shows us what looks to be the theme of the ride which could be a submarine. This could be a theme of the ride cars but no one knows!

In 2011 Legoland Windsor will unveil a uk's first attraction. The attraction will be a ride mixed with a saline centre, guests will enter a vehicle and will be told a story as they go around in a car half submerged under water. However at the end of the attraction there will be your normal sealife centre touch pools and normal fish tanks. Legoland Windsor have announced that the attraction will open for Summer 2011.
Dino Dipper And Dino Safari Close

The 7th September 2010 was the last day for the ride Dino Dipper as the ride was going to be removed from the Adventure Land due to the building work going on with Atlantis. The ride has will be taken out and put into storage whilst Dino Safari will just close and remain where it is whilst the new ride is built.
