African Adventures returns to Chessington

African Adventurers return to Chessington world of adventures for February half term in 2014 however this year with no rides open! For the past 2 years the park has opened bubble works and other selected attractions during the closed season however this year ALL rides are closed during the closed season due to “essential maintenance.” New attractions for the 2014 season are yet to be announced however with the downtime of Rameses we expect a lot of this years budget will be spent on fixing it along with some exciting changes to Dragon falls and the runaway mine train. The description of this years event is as followed:

Embark on exciting African Adventures during February half term and meet Madagascar characters at Chessington! 

Get a taste of Africa during this fun-filled week: 

 • Meet over 1,000 exotic animals in Chessington Zoo 

 • Explore life under the oceans at the SEA LIFE centre 

 • Face painting — which animal will you be? 

 • A whole host of African activities
