Alton Towers Hotels Table Service

With social distancing forcing parks and hotels to change dramatically, Alton Towers have decided to start doing table service, similar to Wetherspoons, at The Dragon Bar and Ma Garrita's Bar. To control the guest floor and to keep everyone 2 meters apart, guests can now order drinks directly from their table by scanning a QR code on the table and selecting their table number. 

Due to the system being new, Merlin Annual Pass and Staff discount cannot be applied via the webpage. To get a discount you must visit the bar, where a member of staff will come to your table and manually create your order. 

No orders can be taken at the bar. 

Bar Snacks can also be ordered via the webpage, no hot food is currently being served  unless seated at the Secret Garden or Flambo's Jambo.
