When the planning application was submitted for the second hotel (The Castle Hotel) at Legoland Windsor Resort the parks two hotels were supposed to be linked by a covered pathway. However, this never happened and guests staying at the castle hotel would have to walk along the boardwalk to the hotel entrance.
A few years later this appears to be becoming true! A new pathway through the old abandoned Dino Safari ride area is currently being built. We expect this new pathway will have some new lego models installed along with it and also make the castle hotel a one way in one way out to secure it and stop children from running out of the entrance and getting lost.
