Jungle Escape Rumoured To Be Removed

Thorpe Park
Friday 31st January 2020

Following speculation about the attractions return, Jungle Escape at Thorpe Park has been removed from the park's website and Mobile Apps. Launched in May 2020, the attraction used the space and some theming from the old I’m a celebrity attraction. This was the park's second try at an escape room. Following on from the Fright Nights attraction, Containment. Jungle Escape was also a paid upcharge where guests paid £10 to go head to head with another team, completing crystal maze style challenges to escape the jungle.

Unforcently, probably due to the price tag associated with the attraction. Jungle Escape wasn’t very popular. We feel that if the park made the escape room free with limited time slots that it would have been more popular and might have made a return for this year. Although nothing has been confirmed about Jungle Escape returning, all of this evidence doesn’t look good.

Could this be a hint at the removal of the attraction? Previously this space has been used for legendary Fright Nights mazes like The Asylum. If Jungle Escape is removed, this would hint at the space being re used as a Halloween attraction space.
