LEGO Mythica One Last Look Before Open Day

Legoland Windsor
Wednesday 5th May 2021

Lego Mythica is due to premiere in 24 Days at Legoland Windsor Resort. Opening 29th May 2021, Lego Mythica is the biggest investment at the park to date with the addition of the UK's first flying theatre and new 2 junior drop towers.

Since our last visit to the park, there have been reports of the drop towers testing and it appears that all of the Lego Models for the area have now been installed. Located near the entrance archway into the area from Heartlake City a large part Lion, Eagle and other animals model has been placed on a rock as a mini centrepiece to the area. With all construction vehicles gone for the day, we can see more of the area and some of the models around it. It also appears that some sections of outdoor queue lines have some covers above them to provide some much-needed shade in the hot summer months.

The theming around Lego Mythica is very different to anything ever seen at Legoland parks before. The exposed brick elements on the buildings everything looks very cool and it makes you think that everything is made from Lego! With the hotels path partly open we also get our first look at the new entrance for Hyrda's Challenge the retheme to squid surfer.

New signage has also appeared in some sections of the park showing Lego Mythica as a nearby area. Around the park, lots of posters can be seen advertising the new area as opening May 29th.
