Loved by many Professor Burps Bubbleworks was a staple attraction at Chessington World Of Adventures from 1990 until 2006 when it was rethemed into Bubbleworks. The ride followed Professor Burp and his tin can dog Fizzy on a tour of the pop factory. They would both appear during the factory tour, 4 times. At his desk, tickle station, carnival and in the finale. The ride was a masterpiece, however in years leading up to its closure it had started to look run down and was no longer popular with guests.
