Alton Towers sends the 2012 season off with a bang tonight marking the end of another exciting season. With the addition of Nemesis sub terra and ice age 4D this season has been action packed with scarefest and the construction of SW7 to be unveiled March 2013! As off Monday 5th November 2012 the theme park will be shut with all of the rides starting there winter maintenance programs from the ride cars being striped down to there bare components to the ride supports being looked at. The park will then reopen during February half term with selected rides being opened more information when we get closer to that time but until then keep checking back for news on SW7.
