Today Thorpe Park have confirmed that the Chief Rangers Carousel shall be leaving the park after 20 years of service. The ride is set to be removed at the end of this season for work to begin on the parks newest attraction set to open in 2016. Featuring models from the parks history such as Wicket Witches Haunt, Mr Rabbits Tropical Travels, the old flying fish theme and many more. The ride will be truly missed by enthusiasts for its fantastic theming and glimpse back into the history of the park. With the ride being part of the parks history we shall be on park on Sunday to pay our tributes to the ride and to get lots of photos for our archive. We personally remember going on the attraction as a child, share below your memories of the ride.
