Located at Thorpe Park was once Reserve N' Ride, a virtual queueing system. Although the park had many trials of it through the 2014 theme park season, it didn't stay and was greatly hated by many park guests whos queue times were greatly increased due to the system.

Come to THORPE PARK Resort on select dates in 2014 to trial our new Reserve N’ Ride virtual queuing system. It’s a new FREE system for guests wishing to ride our five thrilling rollercoasters without needing to stand in a queue. It’s easy to use and saves you time to enjoy more of our Resort. Use your spare time to relax with lunch in Bar 360, chill on the beach or have some retail therapy in our stores.

Q: How much does Reserve N' Ride cost?
A: Reserve N' Ride is a free system for all guests.
Q: Why do I have to provide my details when I register for Reserve N' Ride?
A: You have to register so that we can create a unique account for you and your group. We won’t use your details for any marketing purposes.
Q: How many times can I reserve the 5 rollercoasters per day?
A: There is no limit to the number of times guests may ride.
Q: Can I make more than one reservation at the same time?
A: No, only one reservation is possible. You cannot start your second virtual queue until you have finished your first one.
Q: How many people can I reserve for at one time?
A: Each reservation can cater for a maximum of 6 guests. Nominate your group ‘leader’ to register and reserve. If there are more than 6 of you then simply split your group reservation across 2 smartphones.
Q: How long do I have to wait for my rides?
A: Your virtual wait time will depend on how many people have reserved to ride. You will be shown your wait time when you make a reservation.
Q: What about all the other rides, how do I queue for them?
A: Standard queuing is available on all other rides and Fastrack remains the same across the Resort.
Q: Can I use Fastrack?
A: Standard Fastrack use will be available on 27th June. An option to upgrade to Fastrack through the Reserve N Ride system will be available on 28th-30th June.
