In its 8th year, Alton Towers Resorts ‘Scarefest” event is set to be the best and scariest to date.
For those who haven’t been been before or have no idea what Scarefest is, let me catch you up. Every Halloween season, the park is transformed into a spooky wonderland with extended park opening times and the addition of several scare attractions including the award winning Scare maze The Sanctuary. Dare you follow the screams of rejuvenation and the stench of joy? and Terror Of The Towers: What Lies Within.
Returning this year is the ever popular Scare Rooms but for the 2014 Scarefest event, have been rebranded and given a change of location. The Ultimate Sleepover will take place in ‘One of the most haunted locations in the UK’ For the first time and at the quite healthy sum of £280PP, guests get to spend the night in the gothic towers.
