Chessington Howl’o’ween 2023 Preparation Continues

Chessington World Of Adventures
Thursday 28th September 2023

Chessington is preparing for its next event of 2023, Howl’o’ween. Launching on 7th October this year's event is the longest we’ve seen a Halloween event go on at Chessington for a few years.

Construction work on the replacement of Creepy Caves (Enchanted Hollow) continues with workers seen going in and out of the caves during the day.

Wild Asia is a hive of activity with metal trusses installed with lights, special effects and lots of fire effects installed around the area. Last year Banyan was a highlight of the event and we can’t wait to see how the show has progressed and changed this year.

Ville Villagers has been set up again with the tunnel at the end of the attraction installed. Along with some new theming to the entrance and exit to the tunnel. With the World of Jumanji next door to the scare zone we’ll be interested to see if the music for the area is turned down so as not to affect its surroundings.

A new scare zone/attraction appears to be being set up in the space behind Croc Drop. Lots of corn and hay have been installed in the area along with some theming that’s been recycled from Creepy Caves.

At Adventure Point, a stage is being installed along with a black cauldron for the witches to return.

We can’t wait to see what this year's event has in store for us!
