Fright Nights Creek Woods Sawmill Maze Update

Thorpe Park
Tuesday 13th August 2019

Work on Creek Woods Sawmill at Thorpe Park is progressing fast! Large sections of the old queue line for Loggers Leap have been removed and the new roof over the canopy section of the queue appears to be finished. Since the ride was closed an old boat for the log flume could be seen peeking out of the front of the station on the track. This boat has since been removed and new wooden panels and wall have appeared inside the station and the old queue line.

New walls and an entrance into the maze is currently being built. We expect that this maze will use the space inside the old ride station and part of the queue line. We can see some new queue line has been built already. It’s currently unknown how big the maze will be but when comparing it to the size of Living Nightmare this space used could be bigger.

No official name has been given to the attraction yet. Looking around the rest of the resort nothing else can be seen from public areas. All of the temporary fences can be seen at the compound over near Jungle Escape. Over at containment noises can be heard from the inside but all doors into the attraction remain shut. We expect only small changes to happen to Containment this year. If anything!

Fight Nights begins on 28th September and runs until 3rd November 2019.
