It has been noticed that a few attractions have been removed from Lightwater Valley's website. What can this mean for the park?
The park chose not to open Raptor Attack and The Ultimate in 2020, most likely due to budget constraints. Raptor Attack, Apollo and The Black Pearl (flat ride) have now been retired.
In 2017 Lightwater Valley was brought out by Livingstone Leisure Ltd, since then high thrill rides have been removed such as Eagles Claw.
While nothing has been confirmed, The Ultimate remains listed on the website. However, the words "Closed" remain on the banner image for the attraction. Being such a big rollercoaster and a draw into the park for many theme park fans, hopefully, this coaster reopens soon and draws much-needed crowds back to the park.
