Theme Park Guide has partnered with a company called 'Virtual Queue Line' to offer our fans an exclusive preview of their innovative online experience. The company explained the concept in a press release given to us earlier in the week:
"'Virtual Queue Line' is set to change the way we enjoy theme parks. For those unable to experience the theme parks we will offer theme park fans around the globe an unparalleled experience that will make you feel right in the heart of the action. Due to the current climate, we have teamed up with Theme Park Guide to provide a sneak peek of our platform."
The company is set to release towards the end of 2020, however, they have allowed our fans access for an early preview of the website's revolutionary technology.
Guests enter the website and select one of the many parks available (although only one is available for this preview) and then join a queue of one of the attractions at the park. The guest then is taken to a queue and waits the queue time until they are eventually at the front of the queue and presented with a POV (Point of View) video of the ride.
The website has teased to us some of the additional features that will be available when the website fully launches. As part of the preview, guests have the option of virtually buying and using Fastrack to skip the queue (free as part of this preview, however, we have been told this may become a payable service in the future) but be warned, limited Fastracks are available!
