First Look At Jumanji Rollercoaster From Inside The Park

Chessington World Of Adventures
Saturday 26th November 2022

Another week another track delivery as Project Amazon progresses forward and is one step closer to opening. Around the construction site, two more sections of track have been installed after the inversion we saw completed last week.

Work on the construction of the new area looks to have begun its next huge step, plants! Lots of plants and shrubbery look to be being planted around the edges of the site with more spotted waiting to be installed off-site. We expect the plan will be to install the track and then plant trees and plants around them so they have time to grow before the area opens in 2023. Fences appear to be being installed around sections where there are sudden drops around the site.

More roller coaster track has also been delivered to Chessington, from our rough guess we would say this is now 90% of the track delivered now! Sections for the spike section of the rollercoaster also appear to now be on-site, whilst editing photos we spotted that at the end of one of the sections of the track you can see pieces of metal sticking up to stop the train if it was to go too far. Also spotted in the on-site compound is what we believe is the ride PLC and system controls, lots of tall and large server racks can be seen waiting to be installed. Covered so they don't get wet we expect these will be installed asap.

With the park now open for Winters Tail, we also get our first view of the track from within the park. Looking at the inversion from Wild Asia and Dragons Fury, it looks like it's going to be so much fun!!
